Desired Profile
• Taxation - Must be proficient in VAT & Service Tax with capability to handle queries & issues from the Government departments independently
• Audit of all account heads of VAT & service tax with statutory auditors.
• Complete accounting & reconciliation of all VAT & service tax transactions.
• Controlling advance tax account of indirect tax.
• Reply to Show Cause Notices and appearing before tax authorities for Personal Hearing.
• Filing of Appeals before higher forums – Commissioner (Appeals)
• Must be used to working in ERP environment
• Should be able to provide leadership and direction to the department and its team
• MIS
Remuneration will commensurate with experience and will be on par with industrial standards

Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the entire gambit of VAT and Service Tax accounting functions at the corporate office in Chennai and will be reporting to Sr.Manager - Taxation
Location - Chennai
Qualification : CA or ICWA inter/final, Any Degree
