Desired Profile
Qualification - Diploma / BE  in Mechanical Engineering
Experience - 5 + years of experience in Press Shop Manufacturing preferably in Auto Industry
Skills
·         Prepare Production Plan and execute, control to achieve the monthly schedule
·         Excellent Man management capabilities
·         Capable of improving  time cycle and  productivity
·         Strong Skills in Tool /Die setting, Servicing press tools,etc.
·         Developing new press components as per requirement.
·         Preparing PPAP, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagram and Control Plan.
