Job Description

You will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries and convert them to business. You will also be responsible for identifying potential clients, position the corporate service offerings and convert into business. Further, Your  will constantly stay in touch with  key accounts in the given territory  by periodically visiting the clients and build strong relationship with them.  In the process you will address any issues and shortcomings and satisfy the clients needs, thus evolving as the ambassador of the company.. You will  in the process also explore other business opportunities with the client and enhance the spectrum of engagements with the them so as to improve  revenue generation.

You will be a Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) for the Chennai branch Your main activities will be maintaining a Citrix Farm (XenApp 6.5) with approx. 100 Windows Terminal Server 2008R2 and Windows Domain Server / services. You will be responsible for managing this farm as well as planning, installation and deploying of new applications inside the farm. Further, you will be  supporting peripherals coming along with the farm such as printing solutions, file and document services and designing GPOs to manage our environment and user needs. You should be experienced with the Active Directory and all its functions and should be able to  administrate it without difficulty. This role calls for close communication with  end users for support and technical planning and completion.
