Job
profile
You will be assigned to a department where in
you will be assisting the teaching faculty ( many will be visiting
faculty from abroad) in generating
materials & all other inputs for delivering lectures. You WILL NOT be teaching but will be
aiding the teaching activities. However,
If you have the qualification, experience & inclination to teach, you may be
promoted to a teaching faculty position at a later date. The job
responsibilities will be as follows.
·
To
be a part of the team to contribute towards new student
registration to the program.
·
To
help in designing, assisting, collating detail course curriculum for specified
courses allocated to the lecturer.
·
To
collect and collate reading material, case studies along with academic
operations department for smooth conduct of the course.
·
To take attendance as per the requirement of
faculty, maintain class discipline in the form of attendance, conduct of
various tests and examinations and coordinate faculty for publication of course
grades on time.
·
To be a part of the team and contribute
towards registration of various specializations in functional areas allocated
to lecturers.
·
To
handle tutorial sessions, evaluate answer papers and be a part of student
performance review process as and when desired.
·
To develop course material, case studies,
teaching notes and teaching aids for courses from time to time.
·
To write and present research papers in
seminars and conferences.
·
To
publish research papers and case studies in journals and periodicals.
·
To mentor and guide students from time to time
on academic and other learning activities.
·
To
take any other academic activities as and when they arise.
Desired
Profile
Qualification
·
M.Sc
in Maths, Statatics, OR
·
MBA
in Marketing,Finance,HRM
·
Candidates
with Ph.D or M.Phil will be an added
advantage
Experience – 3 + years as Teaching
Assistant or Faculty Associate in any
institute
OR
Note :
Persons from Corporate sector with subject
matter expertise in Finance, Economics,
Statistics, Organizational Behaviour , Marketing, HR can also be considered
