Job Description
You will be responsible for the designing of injection moulds for in-house requirement as well as for third party clients. You will be responsible for the performance of a small team of designers in the Engineering Services Dept. If you have the ability to take on additional responsibility of managing the tool room , you will be an ideal resource for the company.
Responsibilities
- 3D / 2D Mould Design
- DFM preparation
- Mould Estimation
- Mould Flow Analysis
- Check and Approve the Designs made by team members
- Training and Development of team members
- Customer interaction / communication
Desired Profile
Qualification: BE / DME, Post Diploma in Mould Design: GTTC / CIPET / NTTF
Experience: 10 - 15 years out of which minimum 5 years in a leadership position
