The top management consists of technocrats who are Tool and Die engineers and have decades of experience behind them in the manufacture of automotive plastic components. They paved the way for import substation and started exporting their components to global auto markets.


Job Description

You will be responsible for the designing of injection moulds for in-house requirement as well as for third party clients. You will be responsible for the performance of a small team of designers in the Engineering Services Dept.  If you have the ability to take on additional responsibility of managing the tool room , you will be an ideal resource for the company. 

Responsibilities   

  • 3D / 2D Mould Design
  • DFM preparation
  • Mould Estimation
  • Mould Flow Analysis
  • Check and Approve the Designs made by team members
  • Training and Development of team members
  • Customer interaction / communication 

Desired Profile 

Qualification: BE / DME,  Post Diploma in Mould Design: GTTC / CIPET / NTTF 
Experience:  10 - 15 years out of which minimum 5 years in a leadership position
