Job profile

The incumbent will be Responsible for managing and building the corporate/student/Alumni CRM database, using Excel Sheet,  and provide various analytical reports as required for Placement team / Director.

Job Responsibilities

·         To assiduously build the corporate CRM database, update and provide support for PR team/Directors
·         To create, update and manage student records for each batch (digital as well as physical)
·         To update and manage IDP, project and internship database for every student
·         To manage placement transactions databases and records
·         To build and operate placement dashboards for MIS and dissemination
·         To closely interact with the team for effective data management and service delivery
·         Should be able to document requirements effectively in whatever form is best suited for development of various ongoing and new activities of the placement cell.
·         Roll out periodic structured reports  and other analytical reports on the spot

Desired Profile

·         Qualifications - Bachelor Degree with strong  IT background

·         Experience – 2 + years of work experience in DBMS and CRM

·         Skill Set
o    Excellent technical skills in MS Office , CRM and campus ERP
o    Strong skills in Excel sheet  with proficiency in excel functions, Pivot tables, etc.
o    Strong inter-personal skills and relationship management skills
o    Process thinking and process driven.
o    Strong analytical skills
o    Experience in managing & analyzing data.
o    Exposure to ERP System is preferred
o    Excellent communication skills (BOTH verbal and written), patience, persuasion and ability to work under pressure.

The incumbent will be responsible for the Quality Assurance and control of the Auto component manufacturing unit engaged in friction products like wet brake assembly  .  He will report to the General Manager.  He will be responsible for all activities pertaining to Quality of the products produced.

Desired Profile

Qualification – BE Mechanical or DME

Experience – 5 + years of experience in the Automotive sector (No plastic components)

Desired Skills
·         Strong exposure to CNC  machine shop production environment
·         Exposed to ISO / TS 16949 : 2002 Quality System
·         Relevant Knowledge of standards based Verifying procedures, Maintaining records of calibration, NDT Inspection and test equipments.
·         Exposed practice of  APQP ,PPAP,TMS,etc.
·         Must be conversant with Quality techniques like, TQM, Kaizen,5S, Poke-Yoke,  and other quality techniques practices in the auto industry.

Job Description

• Perform customer support function ( Finance, admin, Customer Recovery and Imports) at
the station level. 

• To work in a multi-functional environment. 

• Responsible for all import activities like issuance of cargo arrival notices, delivery
orders, regularization of import discrepancies in Customs, collection of D.O. fees;
coordination for import transshipment with interline carriers etc. 

• Manage AWB Stock order, update FAT/AIT for AWB stock inventory; Revenue Accounting,
Sapphire invoicing and related amendments and reconciliation; Handling Petty Cash &
Statements. 

• Maintaining inventories and managing supplier relationship (stationary, shrink wrap,
etc.), Coordination for renewal of contracts/agreements; Manage team administration
(insurance, leave, joining formalities, travel functions). 
• Handle all periodic reports.

• To build business relationships with internal and external customers

• To be able to liaise with third party efficiently.  

• To assist in the event of delays and disruptions by proactive communication and
