Job Description

The person in this position will be responsible for generating leads from existing key accounts for improving revenue, flight planning to ensure optimum  freight  load efficiency , prompt servicing of  freight forwards for load reservation. Will  work closely with the sales and operation team.

Job description

•     Perform customer support function ( Finance, admin, Customer Recovery and Imports) at the station level
•     Deliver World Class Customer Service. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
•     To work in a multi-functional environment.
•     Responsible for all import activities like issuance of cargo arrival notices, delivery orders, regularization of  import discrepancies  in  Customs, collection of D.O. fees; coordination for import transshipment with interline carriers etc.
•     Manage AWB Stock order, update FAT/AIT for AWB stock inventory; Revenue Accounting, Sapphire invoicing and related amendments and reconciliation; Handling Petty Cash & Statements.
•     Maintaining inventories and managing supplier relationship (stationary, shrink wrap, etc.), Coordination for renewal of contracts/agreements; Manage team administration (insurance, leave, joining formalities, travel functions).
•     Handle all periodic reports.
•     To have knowledge of the various manuals, e.g., SOP, LPM, TACT etc.
•     To deliver products in a professional and efficient manner
•     To build business relationships with internal and external customers
