Air Cargo business for Indian operations for an MNC cargo airlines in carrying
freight, mail and courier traffic to 200 destinations in more than 80
countries. Their experienced operational and commercial team take pride in
delivering high levels of performance and customer care.
Job description
The incumbent will be responsible for the performance of the
Revenue development Executive as per their mandate. This will involve
Ø Monitoring
the teams quality of communication/ interaction with clients
Ø Ensuring
quality delivery of services as laid down by the principle client
Ø Assuring the team performance in terms of revenue
generation from key accounts
Ø Assuring
prompt customer support services & coordination
Ø Training
the team on services and other nuance of
the business
Ø Preparing
monthly MIS
Ø Enforcing principle client’s policies and procedures for maintaining smooth
functioning of team
