Job description

The incumbent will be responsible for the performance of the Revenue development Executive as per their mandate.  This will involve
Ø  Monitoring the teams quality of communication/ interaction with clients
Ø  Ensuring quality delivery of services as laid down by the principle client
Ø  Assuring  the team performance in terms of revenue generation from key accounts
Ø  Assuring prompt customer support services & coordination
Ø  Training the team on services and other nuance  of the business
Ø  Preparing monthly MIS
Ø  Enforcing  principle  client’s  policies and procedures for maintaining smooth functioning of team

·         Experience –  3 + years in sales/ Business development, best if from Logistics Industry

Job Description

Operation Supervisor’s job entails organizing and directing the daily activities concerned to the Flight planning and Sales Operation.. The main responsibility of a Operations Supervisor is to manage, train, and guide Reservation Executives to execute their tasks. Also responsible for flight planning as a core activity to ensure optimized  and proper  handover of flight plan to the load planner.

Desired Profile

·         Qualification – Any Degree
·         Experience – 3 + yrs in the Air Cargo industry
·         Conversant with booking systems ,rate calculations , and be able to do all bookings on the same.
·         Drive business development by focusing of promotions, targets & effectively using business tools
