Job Profile

The incumbent will head the Human Resource department of the group of companies. He will be responsible for the entire gamut human resource activities of the group . He will provide the vision and leadership for respective HR managers and orchestra their functioning to achieve a robust performance of human resources. He will nurture and build the Human capital of the group by innovative & cost effective HR programs with measurable outcomes.


Desired Profile

• Qualification – MBA / PGDBM from a reputed institute
• Experience – 20 + years of experience in a senior HR position preferably from manufacturing domain.

Testing Engineer – Embedded Technology

About Our Client

Our client is a wholly owned subsidiary of an USA based technology company engaged in design Services with subsidiaries in Germany and Japan. They have a good infrastructure and well-experienced R& D, Engineering and manufacturing team that can assist NPOL in all kinds of development Projects. In India, the major customers are from Defense Research Development Organization of Ministry of Defense, Government of India.

Job Location - Chennai

Desired Profile

Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engg.

Experience: 4-5 years in Testing

Skills

• Experience in Design/testing of Embedded boards.
• Expertise /Knowledge of various processor architectures
• Knowledge of Linux O.S and testing of boards with software
• Knowledge of using measuring Instruments like Oscilloscopes, multi meters and analyzers.
• Knowledge of Environmental Testing and MIL-STD specifications
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC Testing and MIL-STD specifications
• Good communication skills
